Austin remote workers and small teams now have a new place to work: Lucid Private Offices opened a 22,000-square-foot coworking location on the entire ninth floor of Stonebridge Plaza II, off MoPac. The space offers 83 private offices, 12 team suites, four conference rooms and a Library Focus room.

Lucid Private Offices opened its 22,000-square-foot Austin location on the ninth floor of Stonebridge Plaza II, at 9600 N. MoPac Expressway, in the Stonebridge Plaza campus. The space includes 83 private offices, 12 team suites, four conference rooms and a Library Focus room. Lucid plans a second Austin location of 23,029 square feet at 805 Las Cimas Parkway, scheduled to open in April 2027, and expects two more Austin locations to be complete by the end of 2027.
